Valentine Special: Healthy Delights

Well, the much-awaited period of the lovebirds is here… Love is totally in the air….

So today, Eatnotized brings to you some delightful recipes to share with your loved ones, and celebrate some exquisite healthful time.

  • Cocktail Juice


This Valentine, surprise your partner with an amazing self-prepared juice, which is next level yummy yet full of health and savor.
In a blender, add halves of strawberries, cubes of papaya, pineapple and an orange, now blend them for about a min at low speed and then 1 min at high speed, add a healthy pinch of salt. Pour in an elegant glass, add thinly sliced strawberries and banana, and top it up with a mint sprig.

Your cocktail juice is ready…

  • Mix Fruit Slush

What better healthful drink could be than a mix fruit slush…

In a blending bowl, take 3/4 glass full ice quarter, four strawberries and a big piece of de-seeded watermelon. Blend until the ice is crushed and the fruits are blended into it.

While you create that lovely ambiance for your valentine, this chilled crimson color icy drink is just the perfect thing…

  • Banoffee pie

We want pies all the time, there is no favorite time coz they’re all-time favorite… This Valentine let your spouse know about your love for her and your love for this delectable pie….

In a grinding can, throw in 15-17 pieces of hand broken butter biscuits and about 50 gm of melted butter. Grind to a grainy texture, now take it out and lay on a baking dish and press to make a flat crust. Keep it in the fridge to cool for about 40 mins. Meanwhile, in a saucepan take some condensed milk, cook it to caramelize and add sliced bananas into it, and roughly mash. Now lay it on the settled crust and top it with some whipped cream and chocolate shavings and some thin slices of banana..

Just can’t wait to bite in… Chocolate, pie, banana.. all in one platter…

  • Valentino Salad

The best and the healthiest of all is here..  An ultimate nutritious and wholesome amazement for you bae..

In a bowl, take halved grapes and strawberries; now thinly slice some kiwis and oranges. For the dressing, in a bowl, take olive oil, singly chopped basil, some lemon juice and some orange zest give it a good stir and pour over the salad bowl. Top it up with crushed peanuts for the crunchiness.
