  1. Chocolate Pancake

In a big bowl add flour, cocoa powder, sugar,salt and baking powder and mix well. In another bowl add milk, whisk in eggs, vanilla extract, melted butter and melted chocolate whisk and combine. Add the dry ingredients to and to the wet ingredients and mix well to dissolve. Rest for about an hour in a fridge. Now that your batter is ready, on a hot oiled pan, lay ½ a cup of batter, cook for two mins, then flip, cook for another minute. Top with some powder sugar, and serve.

Ingredients used

  • 1¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • 4 tbsp of unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoons white sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 2 eggs, at room temperature
  • cups milk
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • ¾ cup semisweet chocolate


  1. Chocolate Bomb

If there were no chocolates in heaven, I will prefer hell.. How about you? After trying this chocolate bomb you are sure to reach on the same conclusion, and without any doubt your valentine will fall for you..

In a bowl, add flour, powder sugar, cornstarch, salt and an egg; now add water to make a dough. Rest the dough for about an hour. Now break the bricks of a dairy milk chocolate and try to roll it in the dough ball. Deep fry the piece of ball on a medium flame until it turns golden brown; now serve and let them lick the surprise of melted chocolate once they crack open it.

Ingredients used

  • 1 and half-cup flour
  • 2 tbsp powder sugar
  • 1/2 cup corn flour
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 egg
  • oil to fry
  • 12-15 bricks of dairy milk chocolate (at room temperature)
  1. 5 min Oreo Cake

Does your bae love anything more than cakes and oreos, (oh yes, other than you :p) ??? So, what if you could amaze her/him with a super yummy oreo cake, which by the way, you made yourself,that too in just 5 mins!!! Get going!!
Since Oreo came into existence, our milk is no more alone. But now they are here together to bring out a master piece..:D

In a grinder mug, throw in Oreo biscuits, baking powder, milk and the sugar now grind for about 30 sec and then pour in a clean wrap coated glass bowl. Spin in the microwave at max heat for 5 min (check the center by piercing a toothpick if it comes out clean then the cake it done). Now for the ganache cook cream in a sauce pan till it’s warm then drop in the chopped chocolate to combine. Then pour the ganache on the cake and set in the fridge for about 10 -15 min and it’s ready to serve.


  • 18-20 Oreo biscuits
  • 3/4 tsp baking powder
  • a cup of milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 50 gm dark chocolate
  • 100 gm heavy cream
  1. Chocolate Truffle

    Who in the world doesn’t love chocolate truffles?? The best ever dessert to put the last touches on….

    In a pan, cook cream till it starts to bubble. Add the cream to the bowl of chopped chocolate and add small cubes of butter into it. Spread it on a wide plate in order to cool it down, keeping it open (without even covering). Now scoop it out in balls with a melon scooper and roll in cocoa powder to dust it lightly.

    Ingredients used

    • 100gm of dark chocolate
    • 75gm of heavy cream
    • 25gm of butter
    • cocoa powder to dust
