Love this! I eat chocolate and I am losing weight (a lot of weight, over 40 pounds so far). It comes down to how much and how often. I only eat the good stuff now and I only eat a small amount at a time (Ghirardelli sea salt dark, 1 square when a sweet tooth hits!)
